HOW WE WORK

Let's meet up via online or in person and talk about your event. This allows me to give you a pre-quote based off all the information for your special event. 

Step Two: Share and Quote

First Step: Inquiry

Whether you email us or (preferably) submit an inquiry via our personalized quote form, the very first step is for you to reach out and tell us about your event. 

Liking what you see? Let's get your date finalized with contract and a 20% retainer. 

Step Three:Contract & Retainer

Once you are completely excited about your planned mobile mixology bar and rental contract, we need to get into the fun part, creating the bar menu! Together we will create two signature cocktails as well as your serving menu. I will then design menu boards to be placed up at your bar.  

Step Four: Bar Menu 

Wandering Mixers will show up at least 2 hours prior; We will receive the events alcohol (provided by you) and complete your custom cocktails and set up. We will serve you and your guest a smooth mixology experience. Its that easy! 

Final Step: Event Execution
